Standing behind every machine we manufacture

Triton has delivered over 180,000 ATM’s globally over the last decade.  Every machine that leaves our manufacturing facility is built from the ground up to ensure years of service out in the field.  As long as proper installation, support, and operating parameters are met, Triton provides a comprehensive component replacement program should any part fail in the field during the initial warranty period.  As a global company, our warranties vary by Country.  In the North American market, our standard warranty program is 13 months from the manufacturing date on all retail models.  Our financial and XP based products have different warranty options ranging from 90-days to 13 months.  To make this even more attractive, extended warranty options may be obtained on any of our products delivered throughout North America, both retail and financial.  The extended warranty program was designed to provide up to 48 months of additional coverage and is a great option for those that want to keep operational costs fixed over the first five years of ownership.  You can feel comforted knowing that Triton is committed to providing you with the best, most convenient warranty options available in the market today, designed to suit each of your servicing situations.

Triton's commitment to service after the sale is proven by our warranty policy. New ATMs are covered for 13 months. Should a part fail due to defects within that period, Triton will furnish a new or refurbished part at no cost to you. All parts ordered from or repaired by Triton have a 180 day warranty and carry distinctive branding on the packaging. This is your insurance that this is a genuine part that has been thoroughly tested and has received all current firmware, software, and hardware upgrades. Furthermore, Triton ships parts for over ten different product lines and hundreds of configurations worldwide. Orders can be placed up to 8:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), with most U.S. parts orders shipped for next day arrival. Our qualified staff can help ensure that your business needs can be met with minimal downtime in the field.

Extended Parts Warranty.
(Available on US Installed Units Only)

Building upon our industry leading 13 month new ATM warranty, Triton offers extended parts warranty coverage for up to an additional 48 months on North American-installed units. Aimed at keeping your ATMs up-and-running at the highest level possible, at the lowest possible cost to you, this bumper-to-bumper warranty covers:

  System Control Board
  Power Supply
  Receipt Printer
  LCD Screen
  Keypad
  Magnetic Card Reader
  Cable and Harness (AC Power and Phone Cord Excluded))
  Cash Dispensing Mechanism

In the event that a part fails while under the extended warranty program, Triton will ship you a replacement part via ground service provider (customer may request over night shipping at their costs) with all the latest revisions and upgrades. All parts are fully tested and certified prior to being shipped out to your location, at no cost to you.
