Calypso's ATMaster monitoring system provides the tools an ISO needs to meet industry demands. With real-time web-based ATM transaction and status information available at the push of a button, a help desk and maintenance staff can proactively diagnose any current or pending ATM error condition.

Long gone are the days when an ISO (Independent Service Organization) could manage with a "reactive" approach to responding to problems within their ATM network. In today's marketplace, both the cardholder and the site merchant have increasingly higher demands for premium service.

ATMaster is the first system of its kind that effectively integrates real-time transaction processing with traditional "back office" administrative activities. Traditional activities such as ATM activations, configuration changes, reporting, monitoring and settlement can now be automated within the ATMaster system, and delivery of critical information can be easily scheduled or retrieved on-demand via this web-based system.

Any existing ATM reporting services that have been provided via "tired" EXCEL and ACCESS systems can now be transferred and automated within ATMaster. An ISO's existing database systems can be easily integrated and/or interfaced with Calypso's ATMaster SQL database.

A More Efficient Back Office Solution . . .

ATMaster will enable a company to streamline its back office activities and most importantly eliminate the administrative "red-tape" that typically delays delivery of ATM products, services and reporting to clients.

ATMaster's advanced functionality will allow the distributor to eliminate low value manual "back-office" work.

ATMaster system that is used for "real-time" transaction monitoring and reporting also has a connection into the Postilion RTF host system.

ATMaster is a secure web based product that will allow an ISO (or its customers) to view transaction activity almost in real time. Because of the resourceful nature of a transaction query in terms of CPU power and database usage, Calypso has restricted transaction queries to the ATMaster and the Back Office systems only. Transactions will therefore be approximately two minutes behind the host system.
